NMSU Campus Dining services the residential Taos Grand Buffet, as well as providing gourmet catering, Crossroads Food Court inside Corbett Student Union and also concessions for athletic and special events.

Housing and Residential Life provides a variety of on-campus housing including residence halls, apartments, townhouses, and single-family homes. Professional and student staff is accessible and specifically trained to handle personal, emotional, and academic issues. Crimson Scholar Residential Mentors are provided as tutors, free of charge, at the La Vista Learning Lounge in Garcia Hall.

The student union is home to various food facilities, the bookstore, post office, student government, game room, computer lab, study areas, ATMs, meeting room space and administrative offices.
